New construction project: Industrial building at Yaski SL

Construction efficiency and functionality
We are currently working on the construction of an industrial building for the company Yaski SL, it is an unused industrial building, divided into two enclosures to define fire sectors.
The site is located in the Industrial Park of Sant Esteve and has a rectangular configuration with a floor area of 1,074.00 m².
The warehouse consists of two interior spaces, a loading and unloading area with a loading dock. In addition, on the ground floor, there will be an office area and an area for industrial use.
In addition to the building, the following exterior spaces will be considered: exterior parking, loading and unloading areas. Therefore, the plot will be closed on the left corner, with a fence and automatic gate, the rest of the ford will remain open to facilitate the maneuvering of trucks.
In the progress of this project we make use of BIM and ArchiCAD systems, these provide us with a lot of detailed and accurate information about the construction project. This allows us to make more accurate decisions regarding the design, construction and project management processes.
