We innovate in office renovation at Sealed Air Abrera

Complete office renovation: space optimization and planning efficiency

We worked on the final details of the renovation of the industrial offices of Sealed Air, a company dedicated to the manufacture of packaging materials, equipment, services and automation to provide essential protection for people and products.

This renovation included the adaptation of the interior floors and the redistribution of spaces. The work has two floors and the total area is 1,133.09 m².

In this project, finishes and installations were modified for the new workplaces. On the first floor, the different rooms, installations, coverings and air conditioning were renovated.

The access lobby was renovated, the enclosure was changed with a glass entrance and the flooring was replaced. 

In the rest of the offices, a diaphanous room was created in all the work stations in the facade area, these offices now have acoustic glass. 

This reform was developed through BIM and ArchiCAD systems, with them we have improved the efficiency in the planning and execution of our construction projects.
